Sustainable Farming

The Land Resources Program supports the delivery of on-ground research and demonstration activities to identify and promote improved farming systems and management practices within the dryland agricultural areas of the Victorian Mallee.

Activities provide ‘locally’ validated information to the farming community which assists with informed decisions on both the environmental and economic sustainability of alternative or improved practices.

A summary of projects funded in 2011/12 will be available soon.
